RESTAURANTS

6-2-01 Restaurant defined.
For the purposes of this chapter, “restaurant” shall mean and include all food handling establishments or vehicles set forth in Chapter 11 of Division 21 of the Health and Safety Code of the State and as set forth in the California Administrative Code.
6-2-02 Permits: Required.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of conducting a restaurant within the City without first having obtained from the County Health Department, and thereafter keeping posted in a conspicuous place on the premises for which it is issued, an unexpired health permit to conduct such business.
6-2-03 Repealed.
