§8160 CURBS, GUTTERS AND SIDEWALKS

In Type I, II, III and VI subdivisions and where required in Types IV and V subdivisions, the subdivider shall construct curbs, gutters and sidewalks in accordance with the "Standard Specifications" and designed to meet the minimum standards as set forth in this Chapter. §8161 CLASS "A" CONCRETE FOR CURBS, GUTTERS AND DRIVEWAYS

All curbs, gutters and driveways shall be constructed of Class "A" concrete. (Ord. 533, §4.61, adopted 1958)

§8162 CLASS "B" CONCRETE FOR SIDEWALKS

Sidewalks shall be constructed of not less than Class "B" concrete. (Ord. 533, §4.61, adopted 1958; amd. by Ord. 682, §9, adopted 1976)

§8163 RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAYS

Residential driveways shall have a width of twelve feet (12’) and shall be of the ramp type. (Ord. 533, §4.63, adopted 1958)

§8164 EXPANSION JOINTS

Expansion joints in curb and gutters or sidewalks shall be located at intervals of not more than twenty five feet (25’), at both ends of curb returns and at all driveways or walks. (Ord. 533, §4.64, adopted 1958)
