Specific Plan District

14.09.190.030 Development Standards.
14.09.190.010 Purpose.
The purpose of the specific plan district is to guide new development in a manner that preserves and enhances the character of the areas that are defined in specific plan areas located on the City zoning map. (Ord. 1972, Repealed and Replaced, 02/22/2022)
14.09.190.020 Applicability.
The standards and regulations of this chapter apply to areas designated as a specific plan districts on the zoning map. Specific plan districts include the following:
A. North Village Specific Plan;
B. Brighton Landing Specific Plan;
C. Vanden Meadows Specific Plan;
D. The Farm at Alamo Creek Specific Plan;
E. Roberts Ranch Specific Plan;
F. Downtown Specific Plan; and
G. Greentree Specific Plan.

14.09.190.030 Development Standards.
Except as provided in this chapter, all new structures and development, as well as alterations to existing structures, shall comply with the requirements of the applicable specific plan. Where specific plan standards do not address specific standards, the underlying zoning district standards shall apply.
