PAINTING OF STREETS

7-10.01 Prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person to paint or permanently mark any of the streets, curbs, pavements, or sidewalks within the City with any paint, coloring, or dye.
This section shall not apply to the agents, contractors, and employees of the City acting under and pursuant to duly constituted authority of the City or to persons who receive express authority from a resolution adopted by the Council.
