BARBERS AND COSMETOLOGISTS

It is unlawful for any person to engage in serving the public as a barber or cosmetologist or to work for a barber shop or beauty parlor or beauty shop without first obtaining the proper licenses from all regulatory agencies (city, county, state, federal). (Ord. 2003-04 § 3: prior code § 6-4.01)
