TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE MANAGERS

5.40.010 Employment—Reporting of name.
Each owner, or his designee, of tavern liquor licenses operating within the city shall, upon the employment of a manager, report his name to the local license authority. (Ord. 1994-6 § 1)
5.40.020 Information to be provided for background investigation.
Each manager of a tavern liquor license, upon his employment, shall provide the local license authority with information necessary to conduct a background investigation. This information will include fingerprints. (Ord. 1994-6 § 2)
5.40.030 Fingerprint processing fee.
A fee, as set by resolution, will be charged for the processing of fingerprints, said fee not to exceed the amount charged to the city by the state for processing. (Ord. 1994-6 § 3)
5.40.040 Approval decision.
Upon completion of the background investigation, the City Council shall determine whether the character of the tavern manager is satisfactory and complies with the provision of Title 12, Article 47, CRS, as amended. (Ord. 1994-6 § 4)
