7-5-1:    International Mechanical Code

7-5-1 INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE:

A.    Code Adopted: All rules, regulations and ordinances of a general and permanent character relating to and applying to heating, ventilating and air conditioning, said rules, regulations and ordinances are printed and contained in a book in code form designated and entitled the International Mechanical Code, including Appendix A, and Parts V and VI and Appendices A, B, C, and D of the International Residential Code printed and published under the authority of the International Code Council, as adopted by the state of Idaho, together with rules and regulations adopted by the state of Idaho, be and the same hereby is ratified and adopted in its entirety as the mechanical code for the city. This chapter adopted in accordance with Idaho Code section 54-5001.

B.    Codes On File: A copy of the International Mechanical Code and the International Residential Code, as adopted by the state of Idaho, shall be retained by the city and shall be filed in the office of the city clerk in accordance with Idaho Code section 50-901 for use and examination by the public.
