MEAT DEALERS

5-76-010 Meat dealer defined.
The term “meat dealer” as used herein is defined as and shall be construed to mean any person engaged in the business of, or maintaining an establishment for the retail sale of fresh meats, poultry or fish. (Prior code § 5-43-1)
5-76-020 License required.
It is unlawful to engage in the business of meat dealer in the city without first having secured a license therefor, as is hereinafter provided. (Prior code § 5-43-2)
5-76-030 Fee.
The annual fee for such licenses shall be based on the number of employees as shown in Section 502-160. (Prior code § 5-43-3)
