5-90-010 License required.

It is unlawful to engage in the business of bulk storage of gasoline, fuel oil, kerosene or any petroleum or petroleum products without first having secured a permit therefor. (Prior code § 5-26-1)

5-90-020 Fee.

The annual fee for a permit for the bulk storage of petroleum or petroleum products shall be as laid out in Chapter 3-01, Fees, Fines, Insurance and Guarantee Requirements. (Ord. 3494 § 2(B), 2024; Ord. 3316 § 2 (part), 2015: Ord. 3221 § 23, 2009; Ord. 1921 (part), 1972; prior code § 5-26-2)

5-90-030 Regulations.

All provisions of this code and all rules of the State Department of Public Safety, relative to the handling or storage of such liquids must be fully complied with; and it is unlawful to establish or maintain any such business in any place where it is not permitted under the zoning provisions contained in this code.
