OFFENSES BY OR AGAINST PUBLIC OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENT

9-08-020 False names or addresses.
9-08-010 Language.
Any person uttering vile, profane or obscene language toward a police officer or public official while that officer or public official is in the performance of his official duties, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Prior code § 8-15-1)
9-08-020 False names or addresses.
Any person knowingly furnishing to any police officer or other public official a false name or address in connection with any arrest or commission of any crime while that officer or public official is in the performance of his official duties, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Prior code § 8-15-2)
9-08-030 Penalty.
Every person convicted of committing a misdemeanor, under the provisions of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. (Prior code § 8-15-4)
