50.01    Council to provide regulations

50.01 COUNCIL TO PROVIDE REGULATIONS.

The City Council shall have the power from time to time by resolution to provide regulations for the collection of garbage and removal thereof, which resolution shall be in full force and effect and after ten days after their passage and publication as provided by law.
