NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS)

The village hereby adopts the NIMS concept of emergency planning and unified command for use in the village as its system of preparing for and responding to emergencies and direct that appropriate village officers and employees be trained in the use of NIMS. (Ord. 2011-26 § 2, 2011)
