COUNCILMANIC DISTRICTS

1.10.010 Statutory authority.
Pursuant to IC 36-4-6-3(b), each of the following described areas constitutes a Councilmanic District of the City of Evansville. The City Council finds that each described district is composed of contiguous territory, is reasonably compact, does not cross precinct boundary lines, and contains, as nearly as possible, an equal population. 1.10.020 District One.
First Ward District. Evansville City Precincts included in 1st Ward redistricting include: 1-1, 1-5, 1-6, 1-7, 1-8, 1-9, 1-10, 1-13, 1-14, 1-15, 1-16, 1-17, 3-16, 5-4, and 5-6.

Second Ward District. Evansville City Precincts included in 2nd Ward redistricting include: 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-9, 2-10, 2-12, 2-14, 2-15, 4-10, 4-12, 4-14, and 4-15.

Third Ward District. 3-6, 3-9, 3-11, 3-12, 3-14, 3-16, 3-17, 1-4, 2-7, 2-8, 2-13, 2-17, 4-7, 4-8, 4-13, and 4-16.

Fourth Ward District. Evansville City Precincts included in 4th Ward redistricting include: 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-9, 4-11, 4-17, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, 3-7, 3-8, 3-10, and 3-13.

1.10.060 District Five.
Fifth Ward District. Evansville City Precincts included in 5th Ward redistricting include: 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-5, 5-8, 5-9, 5-11, 5-12, 5-13, 5-14, 5-15, 5-16, 1-18, and 1-19.

1.10.070 District Six.
Sixth Ward District. Evansville City Precincts included in 6th Ward redistricting include: 6-0, 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4, 6-5, 6-7, 6-8, 6-9, 6-11, 6-12, 6-13, 6-14, 6-15, 6-16, and 6-17.
