3.105.010 Authority of boards and commissions.

The various boards and commissions of the City are hereby authorized to establish reasonable rates and charges, when such reasonable rates and charges are not established by ordinance or statute, for reproducing any papers, documents, charts, maps, drawings, and the like by the departments within their jurisdiction. 3.105.020 Authority of departments not under a board or commission.

In the event a department of the City is not under the jurisdiction of a board or commission, the head of the department is hereby authorized to establish reasonable rates and charges for reproducing any papers, documents, charts, maps, drawings, and the like when such reasonable rates and charges are not established by statute or ordinance. 3.105.030 Rates not to exceed actual cost of service.

The rates and charges established pursuant to this chapter may not exceed the actual cost incurred in providing the service. [Ord. F-83-20, passed 7-11-83. 1982 Code § 30.497; 1983 Code § 3.30.497.]
