BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Sections:
2.44.010 Composition.
The board of zoning appeals created pursuant to IC 36-7-4-900 et seq., shall be composed of seven members selected as provided in IC 36-7-4-902, as follows:
A. Two citizen members of the area plan commission to be selected by the commission, one of whom shall be a city representative, and one of whom shall be a county representative.
B. Three citizen members who shall not be members of any plan commission, shall be appointed by the mayor of the largest city in the county.
C. Two citizen members who shall not be members of any plan commission, shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners.

2.44.020 Term of office.
The terms of office of all of the representatives of the board of zoning appeals shall be in accordance with, in conformity to, and controlled by the terms of office established under IC 36-7-4-906.
