BULK FORM COPIES

2.86.010 Watermark requirement on bulk copies from the County Recorder’s Office.

The County Recorder shall watermark all bulk form copies with the following statement: “Not for resale pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10.1(K).”

2.86.020 County Recorder fee charged to bulk users.

The County Recorder shall charge bulk users the sum of ten cents ($0.10) per page for a recorded document, including the index of the instrument number or book and page, or both, for retrieving the recorded document and ten cents ($0.10) per recorded document for a copy of the indices used by the County Recorder for finding, retrieving, and viewing a recorded document. In addition, the County Recorder may charge an additional fee of three cents ($0.03) pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-10.1(h) if the actual cost of providing the bulk form copies exceeds the amount established under I.C. 36-2-7-10.1(g).
