Pursuant to I.C. 5-4-1-18(b), Vanderburgh County shall be allowed to purchase blanket bonds endorsed to include the faithful performance and to include aggregate coverage sufficient to cover any and all Vanderburgh County officers, commission members, employees, and contractors required to be bonded under Indiana law.
