8.31.010 Eligibility Requirements for Bidders at Tax and Commissioners’ Sales.

All bidders must show photo ID prior to being eligible to bid at Vanderburgh County Tax Sales or Commissioners’ Sales; and Vanderburgh County reserves the right to refuse to accept any bid from a bidder that has failed to pay a winning bid amount at any Indiana Tax Sale, Commissioners’ Sale or auction within the last five (5) years.
