A. Pursuant to IC 36-5-2-9, the town hereby establishes a department of development under the executive branch and the town board president shall designate the person charged with administrative responsibility for conducting the day-to-day business of the department; and
B. The town board president shall appoint a clerk of the department of development and shall fix such hours as are necessary to assist the department chief to faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities inherent in the operation of the department. [Ord. 2001-15]
