DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY

No sale, transfer, conveyance, or other disposition of any surplus property of the town may occur without the prior approval of the town council and evidenced in writing. [Res. 2012-11 § 1]
2.75.020 Violations.
In the event that this chapter is violated, the town council may recover the amount of damage, if any, caused to the town from the violating party, and the town council may also seek any and all other sanctions as may be determined to be appropriate by the town council and/or permitted by law.
