10.05.010 Words and phrases defined.
Except where otherwise specifically defined herein, words and phrases when used in this title shall, for the purposes of this code, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in IC 9-4-1-2 through 9-4-1-9, 9-4-1-11, 9-4-1-12 and 9-4-1-14 through 9-4-1-21 all as set out in the addendum to Section 7-1-1 of this code. 10.05.020 Specific definitions.
The following words or phrases when used in this code shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
“Stop,” when required, means complete cessation of movement.
“Park,” when prohibited, means [the] standing of a vehicle whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading.
“Board” means the board of trustees of the town.
Official Time Standard. Whenever certain hours are named herein they shall mean standard time or daylight saving time as may be used in the town at any given time. [Ord. 1985-04 § 9. Prior code Title 7, Ch. 1, § 2]
10.05.030 Severability.
