12.40.010 Road inspection fees and snow removal.

A. All costs associated with street and road inspection, including but not limited to all reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the town for a street inspector, testing, engineering fees, and legal fees, shall be paid in full by the developer of the subdivision prior to dedication, approval and acceptance by town of said streets or roads within the development.

B. That the town shall bill the developer monthly for all reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the town for the inspection of streets and roads associated with the development, and failure of developer to reimburse town in full within 10 business days of mailing of said billing may, at the discretion of the town council, result in a stop work order issued by town’s supervising road engineer.
