PARK REGULATIONS

12.30.010 Hours open.
All City parks shall be open to public use from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. with the exception of West Side Memorial Park which shall be open to public use from 6:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. daily. No innings of any ball games being conducted in West Side Memorial Park shall commence after 11:00 p.m. except in the case of a district, regional or state tournament game being conducted for minors. No permits shall be issued for the use of West Side Memorial Park. (Ord. 2257 § 20; Ord. 1814 § 1. Code 1990 § 12-201)
12.30.020 Penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or imprisonment in jail for not more than six months or be both so fined and imprisoned. (Ord. 1514 § 3. Code 1990 § 12-202)
