ARTICLE 1. POLICE

10-101. ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARD TRAFFIC ORDINANCES AND UNIFORM PUBLIC OFFENSE CODES.

All State Statutes shall be enforced by officers of the Reno County Sheriff’s Department.

10-102. ENFORCEMENT OF LOCAL ORDINANCES; BUILDING, HEALTH AND WELFARE.

All local ordinances concerning Building and Construction or Health and Welfare shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer.

All local ordinances shall be enforced by the Animal Control Officer.
