LAND INTERESTS

8-3-1 Land Interest Less than 5%.

“Land Interest” Any interest in land that pursuant to 25 USC 2206 would pass to the tribe, shall not pass to the tribe but shall pass to the nearest family members as appropriate and or as determined by federal law.
