TRIBAL HEMP PRODUCTION ENTITY

32-5-1 Tribal Hemp Production Entity (THPE).

The THPE possesses the Nation’s sovereign immunity from suit as the Nation itself or as an arm of the Nation.

32-5-2 Licensing and Operation.

The THPE must obtain a hemp production license from the Tax Commission to produce and handle hemp within the Nation’s territory.
