INSPECTIONS
32-8-1 Access.
Producers must permit the Tax Commission and its agents, tribal and federal law enforcement, and others required to conduct an inspection under tribal or federal law complete and unrestricted access to the registered land area, including all hemp and other cannabis plants, parts, and seeds, whether growing or harvested, all land, buildings, and other structures used for the production and handling of all hemp and other cannabis plants, and all documents and records pertaining to the producing and handling of hemp and other cannabis.

32-8-2 Tax Commission Annual Inspections.
The Tax Commission shall conduct, at a minimum, annual inspections of a random sample of producers’ registered land areas and lots therein to verify that hemp is not produced in violation of the terms of the hemp production license, this title, or any policies, procedures, rules, or regulations issued to implement this title.

32-8-3 Property.
All samples collected by the Tax Commission shall become the property of the Tax Commission and no compensation shall be owed by the Tax Commission for such samples.
