ARTICLE 2. AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE

2-201. ENFORCEMENT.

Except where otherwise provided, it shall be the duty of director of the permit authority with the assistance of staff to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 892, Art. 2, Sec. 1)

2-202. OBSTRUCTING PERMIT AUTHORITY.

No person shall willfully obstruct any animal control officer engaged in the performance of official duties from performing such official duties. (Ord. 892, Art. 2, Sec. 2)
