ARTICLE 4. CARE OF ANIMALS
2-401. VIOLATIONS.
It shall be a violation for any person owning, keeping, harboring or otherwise in possession or control of any animal to fail to provide any or all of the following to the animal.
(a) Adequate Care.
(b) Adequate Control.
(c) Adequate Food.
(d) Adequate Health Care.
(e) Adequate Shelter.
(f) Adequate Water.

2-402. CARE.
The parent, guardian or other person having custody of a minor child is responsible for the adequate care of any animal owned by, in the control of or harbored by that minor child. (Ord. 892, Art. 4, Sec. 2)
