ARTICLE VII. SMOKE DETECTORS AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS1
62-156 Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms shall be regulated by the Stille-Derossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act, being Public Act 230 of 1972 and the Housing Law of Michigan, being Act 167 of 1917.

VII pertained to smoke detectors and derived from Code 1985, §§ 12-40—12-44. At the editor’s discretion, inasmuch as there already exists provisions designated as § 62-162, said § 62-162 has been redesignated as § 62-181.
