15.05.010 Building code adopted.
The Uniform Building Code of the state of New Mexico now in effect and as may be amended is hereby adopted by reference, as by law provided, excepting that portion of said code titled, Building Permit Fees. [Ord. 100 § 1, 1975].
15.05.020 Fees.
In lieu of the fees fixed by said Uniform Building Code of the state of New Mexico, hereby adopted, the fees to be charged and collected by said village shall be as follows:

15.05.030 Copy at clerk-administrator’s office.
A copy of the Uniform Building Code shall be available for inspection during normal and regular business hours, in the office of the municipal clerk-administrator. [Amended during 2014 codification; Ord. 100 § 3, 1975].
