FEES AND CHARGES

Unless considerations of convenience, clarity, ease of reference, or similar factors dictate otherwise, all rates, fees, charges, deposits, refunds, reimbursements and penalties imposed or collected by the city, except where required by law to be otherwise set, shall be designated and set forth in the master fee resolution, as may be amended by the city council from time to time. Wherever practicable throughout this code, reference shall be made to the master fee resolution in lieu of any reference to specific rates, fees, charges, deposits, refunds, reimbursements and penalties. 1.10.020 Deposit of funds received.
All funds collected from fees, charges, deposits, refunds, reimbursements and penalties established by the master fee resolution shall be received by the administrative services department and shall be deposited into the appropriate accounts within the general fund. [Ord. 07-O-598 § 3.]
