9.76.010 Endangering welfare of a minor.
A person commits the offense of endangering the welfare of a minor if he knowingly:
A. Induces, causes or permits an unmarried person under eighteen years of age to witness an act of sexual conduct or sado-masochistic abuse; or
B. Permits a person under eighteen years of age to enter or remain in a place where unlawful narcotic or dangerous drug activity is maintained or conducted; or
C. Induces, causes or permits a person under eighteen years of age to participate in gambling; or
D. Sells or causes to be sold tobacco in any form to a person under eighteen years of age. (Ord. 1163 §9, 1974).
