It is unlawful for the Southern Pacific Company, its agents or employees to blockade Pine Street or allow its freight trains or other trains to remain standing on the track so as to prevent travel across its tracks at the intersection of Pine Street for a period longer than five minutes. (Ord. 108 §1, 1915).
10.20.020 Passenger trains--Blocking Pine Street--Time limit.
It is unlawful for the Southern Pacific Company, its agents or employees to blockade Pine Street or allow its passenger trains to remain standing on the track so as to prevent travel across its tracks at the intersection of said Pine Street for a period longer than fifteen minutes. (Ord. 108 §2, 1915).
10.20.030 Penalty.
Violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable under the general penalty ordinance. (Ord. 1716 §15, 1995; Ord. 1031 §1, 1971; Ord. 108 §3, 1915).
