DEVELOPMENT PLANS

15.16.010 Defined.
A “development plan” means any plan adopted by the planning commission, pursuant to the authority set forth in this chapter, for the guidance of growth and improvement of the city, including adjustments made from time to time to meet changing conditions or unanticipated problems and conditions affecting the public or landowners. (Ord. 1652 (part), 1991).
15.16.020 Authorized.
The planning commission is authorized by this chapter to establish and adopt development plans as defined hereinabove. (Ord. 1652 (part), 1991).
15.16.030 Compliance.
No construction of buildings, as said term is defined in Section 17.08.010 of this code, development of property or partitioning of property shall occur unless in compliance with the development plans established by the planning commission. (Ord. 1652 (part), 1991).
