MOBILE HOME INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE

15.36.010 Permit required.
No mobile home shall be placed or situated for occupancy within the city without first having obtained an installation and setup permit from the city. Such permit shall not be issued until inspection by the city establishes conformance of the installation and setup to all pertinent state, county and city standards for mobile home installations and setups. 15.36.020 Permit fees.
The application for a mobile home set-up permit shall be accompanied by a fee in accordance with the fee schedule established by this jurisdiction. (Ord. 1781 §7, 1997; Ord. 1266 (part), 1976).
15.36.030 Penalties.
Violation of this chapter shall be punishable under the general penalty provisions of the Central Point Municipal Code, with each succeeding day of violation constituting a new violation. (Ord. 1266 (part), 1976).
