16.04.010 Scope of regulations.

The provisions of this title shall apply to all subdivisions, partitions and planned unit developments, and all streets or other ways created thereby, unless otherwise specifically provided. (Ord. 1650 (part), 1990).

16.04.020 Design standards and principles of acceptability.

A. The subdivision shall be in conformity with any approved development plans and shall take into consideration any preliminary plans or studies.

B. In connection with reviewing and making recommendations as to the granting or denial of any application made under this title, city staff may, in its discretion, in such cases as the same is warranted due to relevant but unknown information, require the applicant to furnish to the city, at applicant’s expense, technical, architectural, engineering or other professional studies or reports.
