9.04.010 Applicability.
Provisions of the Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, as now constituted, relating to defenses and burden of proof, general principles of criminal liability, parties and general principles of justification, apply to offenses defined and made punishable by this title. (Ord. 2410 §151, 1981)
9.04.020 Definitions.
The definitions contained in the Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, as now constituted, are adopted by reference and made a part of this title. Except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, the general definitions and the definitions appearing in the definitional and other sections of particular articles of the Code are applicable throughout this title. 9.04.030 Offenses outside city limits.
When permitted by Oregon law, an act made unlawful by this title constitutes an offense when committed on property owned or leased by the city, even though outside the corporate limits of the city. (Ord. 2410 §141, 1981)
9.04.040 Jurisdiction over juvenile property offenses.
The municipal court shall have jurisdiction over property offenses committed by juveniles pursuant to ORS 419C.370. (Ord. 2767 §2, 1995)
