1.05.010 Plat adopted.

The plat heretofore prepared by and under the direction of George E. Waggoner, civil engineer and surveyor, be and the same is hereby adopted and approved by the council for the purpose of showing street grades and elevations. [Ord. 15 § 1, 1911].

1.05.020 Base of grades.

The base of grades and from which the elevations on said plat, which is hereby approved, have been computed is taken to be a point 20 feet below the surface of the sidewalk at the outside edge at the southwest corner of block 2 of the original city of Creswell, being the corner at the entrance of the Bank of Creswell, and all other grades and elevations as shown in ink at the various street intersections on said map shown are taken to be plus, or above, such base of grades and that the elevations so shown are adopted as of the finished grades at such intersections after the streets shall have been improved and surfaced at the center thereof. 1.05.030 Identification of plat.

For the purpose of identification of such plat so prepared, and which is hereby adopted and approved, said plat so referred to has the words “finished grades at intersections” written thereon between the lines represented thereon as county road S. seven degrees 21 minutes W. (at the top of such plat) and the word “Depot Grounds.” Such plat further having the date of its approval as herein given indicated thereon. [Ord. 15 § 3, 1911].
