SUBMISSION OF ADVISORY QUESTIONS

1.20.010 Resolution – Ballots.

Whenever the council of the city of Creswell shall determine that a question of an advisory nature should be submitted to the people of Creswell, they shall pass a resolution setting forth the question to be voted upon and indicating the election at which it is to be submitted.

The city recorder shall then cause the ballot to be printed and submitted at the election indicated in the resolution. [Ord. 221, 1979].
