AIRPORT RESERVE FUND

3.05.010 Established.
A separate trust or reserve fund is established for Creswell airport for the purpose of grants and donations paid to the city of Creswell for the Creswell airport. Said funds are to be used for development and expansion of the Creswell airport. Further, said fund shall continue for a period of 10 years unless sooner terminated. Any remaining funds on termination shall be placed in the general fund. [Ord. 276, 1983].
