8.25.010 Roof drain requirements.
A. All roof drains shall be extended to the curb, storm sewer or city drain, or approved drainage facilities.
B. Penalty. Violation of a provision of this section is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00. Each day that a violation of this section continues shall be considered a separate offense. [Ord. 258 §§ 1, 2, 1981; Ord. 190, 1974].
8.25.020 Removing bark from logs.
A. It shall be unlawful to peel bark or otherwise remove the bark from logs or poles commonly known as piling within the corporate limits of the city of Creswell, Oregon.
B. Whereas a very undesirable situation has arisen resulting from the peeling of bark from poles and logs in the railroad yards of the Southern Pacific Railroad within the corporate limits of the city of Creswell, more especially during the wet season, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and it is declared to be necessary for the preservation of the peace, health and safety of the city of Creswell that the ordinance codified in this section take effect immediately upon its passage by the city council and approval by the mayor, and it is so ordered. 8.25.030 Open burning.
A. Open Burning Rules. The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) Title 47 Rules regulating open outdoor burning are hereby adopted by the city of Creswell, excepting subsections 47-015(4)(B) and (5)(B), and subsection 47-020(1) with regard to commercial and industrial open burning letter permits.
B. Open Burning Prohibited. Commercial and industrial open burning, as defined by LRAPA Rules under Section 47-010, are hereby prohibited within the city of Creswell.
C. Enforcement. Enforcement of these adopted rules and exceptions shall be by Lane Regional Air Protection Agency and/or south Lane County rural fire protection district within the boundaries of the city of Creswell. [Ord. 453 §§ 1 – 3, 2008].
