AIRPORT

8.01.010 Regulations.
Any person or entity using the Crook County/Prineville Airport and its facilities shall do so in compliance with all county airport regulations. For the purpose of this chapter, airport regulations include any lawful orders of the Crook County court to implement a duly adopted regulation. (Ord. 342 § 2, 2023)
8.01.015 Violation.
A violation of this chapter is a civil infraction punishable by a maximum fine of not more than $500.00 per day. Any person or entity violating this section may be removed from the property as a trespasser. (Ord. 342 § 2, 2023)
