SCOUT COMMUNITY BUILDING USER AND DEPOSIT FEES

3.32.010 Schedule of fees.
The schedule of fees set forth below is hereby adopted as the user and deposit fees for the Eagle Point Scout Community Building, in the city of Eagle Point, Oregon.
Youth organizations, i.e., Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H groups, Hunters Safety, etc. |
No charge |

Adult organizations that meet once a month |
$10.00 user fee |
|
Each additional meeting over two meetings per month |
$5.00 user fee |
|

All other groups, organizations and/or individuals renting the building: |
$20.00 user fee (for 4 hours) |
|
For each hour or portion thereof, over the four hours: |
$5.00 user fee |
|
|
Small meeting room |
$15.00 cleaning deposit |
|
Downstairs |
$40.00 cleaning deposit |
|
Main hall |
$60.00 cleaning deposit |
|
Any room with kitchen facilities |
$20.00 cleaning deposit |
|

Cleaning deposits would be refunded if area left in clean condition; if not, the deposit will be paid to have area cleaned up. |
