6.10.010 Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the term “cat owner” shall mean any person, firm or corporation owning, keeping or harboring a cat. In the case of a residence, the head of household shall be deemed to be the owner and responsible for any cat or cats kept on the premises. The owner or manager of a business shall be responsible for any cat or cats kept on the premises, and shall be considered to be the cat owner. [Ord. 256 § 1, 2002.]
6.10.020 Limiting the number of cats.
No cat owner shall keep more than five cats on any lot or premises within the city, unless the cats are under four months of age and are offspring of a resident female cat. [Ord. 256 § 2, 2002.]
6.10.030 Prohibition on feeding of domestic cats.
No person shall intentionally feed feral domestic cats on either public or private property. [Ord. 256 § 3, 2002.]
