15.04.100 Administration of standards applicable to buildings.

(1) Pursuant to a contract between the City of Gladstone and Clackamas County, the County shall administer all substantive regulations applicable to buildings.

(2) The contract is attached as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference.

(3) In this administration, the county shall apply the same standards and follow the same procedures as those applied within Clackamas County and outside the City of Gladstone.

(4) The City of Gladstone consents to the application and enforcement of County Building regulations within the City of Gladstone

(5) In addition to work being done contrary to County building regulations or the state building code, the Building Official is authorized to issue Stop Work orders whenever any work is being done contrary to the provisions of the Gladstone Municipal Code or any uncodified ordinances of the City of Gladstone.
