BUILDING PLAN REVIEW

15.10.010 Siting review.
Prior to the issuing of any building permit, the city shall review the siting of the proposed building or structure to determine its relationship to any existing, planned, or potential public utility or street right-of-way or easement. If it is found that the proposed building will lie within any such right-of-way or easement, the city may require that the proposed building be relocated. (Ord. 1981-16 § 1, 1981)
