COUNTY COMMISSION

2.04.010 Compensation.
Effective July 1, 1996, Jefferson County commission position numbers 1, 2 and 3 shall become part-time positions and shall be compensated accordingly as set forth in the respective salary orders. (Ord. O-94-96 § 1, 1996)
2.04.015 Nature of office.
All Jefferson County commission positions are designated as nonpartisan offices effective as of the date of filings for election to the office of Jefferson County commissioner for the primary election of 2010. (Ord. O-130-08 § 1, 2008)
2.04.020 Chairperson.
At the first county commission meeting following July 1, 1996, the Jefferson County commission shall select a chairperson from among their number pursuant to ORS 203.240(1)(c). (Ord. O-94-96 § 2, 1996)
