COUNCIL MEETINGS

2.05.010 Regular meetings.

2.05.020 Special meetings.
Special meetings of the city council may be held upon the motion of the mayor or at the request of three members of the council, upon not less than 24 hours’ notice to the public. [Ord. 1269 § 2, 2022; Ord. 1100 § 1, 2002; Ord. 360 § 2, 1959; Ord. 212 § 2, 1939.]
2.05.030 Emergency meetings.
Emergency meetings of the city council may be held upon less than 24 hours’ notice to the public if an actual emergency exists. The minutes of any emergency meeting must describe the emergency justifying less than 24 hours’ notice to the public. [Ord. 1100 § 2, 2002; Ord. 212 § 3, 1939.]
