WARRANT FEE

3.15.010 Established.
The city council hereby establishes a warrant fee to cover municipal court and police administrative costs to be imposed on all municipal defendants failing to comply with any condition of their release agreements, or personal recognizance pursuant to ORS 135.280. [Ord. 1096 § 1, 2001.]
3.15.020 Warrant fee.
The warrant fee for the city of Junction City municipal court is hereby set at $50.00 per arrest warrant, to be paid by the defendant as part of the money judgment entered against said defendant by the municipal court. [Ord. 1096 § 2, 2001.]
3.15.030 Conflicting policies.
Any prior administrative policy establishing a lower warrant fee is hereby repealed. [Ord. 1096 § 3, 2001.]
